Fomu ya Uhakiki Mtandao wa Molly’s hufuata hatua mbalimbali katika kufanya uhakiki wa Asasi zisizo za Kiserikali na katika mchakato huu huanza kwa kujumuisha yafuatayo:

 

ujazaji wa fomu ya maombi ya mwanzo, kuangalia kupitia tovuti hadhi ya Asasi husika, utafutaji wa hadhi ya Asasi mitandaoni, maombi toka kwa wakurugenzi wa Bodi na wafadhili. Pia hufanya uhakiki kwa njia mbili kwa kutembelea wanufaika wa Miradi na pia hutembelea ofisi ya Asasi husika kwa ajili ya mahojiano ya kina juu ya Asasi husika.

 

Utumiaji wa Taa za barabarani kama njia ya Uhakiki Uhakiki wetu hutumia mfumo wa taa za barabarani ambazo hutumika kuongoza magari na mfumo huu ni kama ifuatavyo:

 

Kijani/Daraja la Juu la ufaulu: Hutambua Asasi zinazofanya kazi kwa ufanisi wa hali ya juu na kwa weledi mkubwa kabisa, hivyo Asasi ya namna hii hupewa muhuri wa Mtandao wa Molly’s na kuweza kutumia katika Miradi na kazi mbalimbali ili kujitangaza zaidi.

 

Manjano/Daraja la Kati: Hizi ni Asasi zinazofanya kazi kwa ufanisi na weledi lakini zinakumbana na changamoto mbalimbali ambazo huzifanya zikose sifa ya kuwa daraja la juu .Kwa lugha nyingine huhitaji kujengewa uwezo ili kuweza kufikia daraja la juu.

 

Nyekundu/ Wahakikiwa: Hizi ni Asasi changa sana na hazijakidhi vigezo vingi ili kuweza kuwa katika madaraja ya juu. Mtandao wa Molly’s huwa haufanyi kazi na Asasi za namna hii japo hushauriwa kuomba upya kufanyiwa uhakiki ili ziweze kuwa madaraja ya juu.

 

Kila Asasi hupelekwa kwenye Bodi maalumu inayopitia hakiki zote za Asasi, ni jopo la wataalamu hupitia na kutoa maamuzi ya mwisho kwenye uhakiki uliofanywa na wakaguzi wawili mmoja kutoka katika mtandao na mwingine wa kujitegemea ambaye huajiriwa kwa mkataba maalumu.

 

Tabia za Daraja la juu

 

Mtandao wa Molly’s una washirika wengi na kutoka mataifa na maeneo mbalimbali. Kwahiyo Fomu yetu haijatengenezwa mahususi kwa sehemu moja na hivyo basi tabia hupishana kulingana na eneo husika, hivyo basi fmu yetu ina tabia mabazo ni muhimu kuxzingatiwa ili kuwa katika daraja hili la juu:

Mpango Mkakati na Nia: Ili upate alama za juu kabisa ni lazima Asasi iweze kuelezea malengo na mahitaji kwenye jamii husika ili kuona kama yanaendana na yalikuwa ya ushirikishwaji katika ngazi zote za kiofisi na kijamii ili kuona kama jamii ilihusika katika kufanikisha mpango huu mkakati.

Hadhi na mapokeo ya Jamii: Ili kupata alama za juu ni muhimu kwa Asasi kuonyesha ni jinsi gani wan hadhi ya juu kwenye jamii wafanyiayo shughuli za Miradi, Asasi inajulikana kwa kazi zake na hakuna maelezo hasi juu ya Asasi husika toka kwa jamii au wanufaikaji. Hii hujumuisha maelezo toka kwa Bodi, refarii na wanufaikaji wa moja kwa moja wa Miradi.

 

Utawala na sheria: Ili upate alama za juu ni lazima Asasi ionyeshe ni namna gani inafanya kazi kutokana na utawala bora na wa kisheria kwa kuzingatia kanuni na sheria za sehemu na nchi husika. Pia kuwa na wafanyakazi waliobobea kwenye fani wafanyazo ili kutekeleza Miradi vizuri.

 

Uwajibikaji wa Kifedha:Ni muhimu kuonyesha namna Asasi inavyotekeleza majukumu ya kifedha kwa kufuata taratibu zote za kifedha, kufanyiwa ukaguzi wa mara kwa mara, kuwepo kwa njia sahihi na za kuaminika za utunzaji na utumiaji wa fedha za Miradi, uwepo wa bajeti ya mwaka.

 

Usimamizi wa miradi: Ili kupata alama za juu kabisa ni muhimu kwa asasi husika kuonyesha namna gani asasi imeweza kutekeleza Miradi kwa ufanisi na kwa kutumia bajeti halisi na kwa wakati sahihi. Pia namna gani wamefikia malengo ya Miradi husika, wamesimamiaje ufuatiliaji na tathmini na namna gani wanatumia takwimu kutoka kwenye Miradi husika.

Ukuaji na Rasilimali fedha: Ili kupata alama za juu ni muhimu kwa Asasi husika kuonyesha ni namna gani wana malengo ya muda mrefu na yanayotekelezeka. kuwa na ratiba ya kuonyesha namna gani malengo yanafikiwa.

Molly's Network has a diverse range of partners: geographically, financially, and thematically. Our assessment process is therefore not designed as a 'one size fits all', but to take these differences into account.  However, as with any assessment tool, it is also important that we have uniformity and consistency.  An accredited organisation will display the following characteristics:

Strategy and Purpose:  In order to score highly the organisation must be able to demonstrate that it is meeting a need that has been identified by the local community.  A clear strategy as to how to meet this need has been developed and is regularly updated.  The strategy is commented to staff, volunteers and the community.

Reputation and Community Buy-In: To score highly the organisation must be able to demonstrate that it has a good public profile, is well known for its work within the local community, and has no reputational issues connected to it or its staff.  The assessor should consider information provided by referees, beneficiaries, donors, partners, local government, and the regulator.

Legalities and Governance: To score highly the organisation must be able to demonstrate that they have satisfied all the necessary legal requirements, but go beyond just the bare minimum.  The organisation should be well staffed with suitably qualified employees and/or volunteers who have good understanding of legal/compliance issues.

Financial Accountability:  In order to score highly the organisation must demonstrate that it has rigorous financial processes and controls in place, with good auditing and accounting procedures including financial accountability, well-kept books and records, budget planning and control.

Programme Management: In order to score highly the organisation must be able to demonstrate that they are able to achieve their project targets and produce quality results. They need to demonstrate that they have the appropriate project cycle management tools in place and have the requisite human resource skills needed to implement. Top scoring organisations will utilise their monitoring and evaluation data strategically, to inform programmatic work. 

Growth and Resource Mobilisation:  In order to score highly the organisation must be able to demonstrate that they have a long term plan for remaining in existence (resilience), and that they have a realistic plan for growth.
